The inaugural High-Quality Foreign Trade Products Exchange and Matchmaking Event, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce's Foreign Trade Development Bureau, was successfully held at the Yiwu International Expo Center recently. The event brought together over 90 high-quality suppliers from industries including automobile and motorcycle parts, small household appliances, hardware, and eyewear, alongside six leading logistics enterprises and more than 500 international buyers from key regions such as Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. On-site matchmaking and negotiations were lively and productive.

The Municipal Foreign Affairs Office proactively supported the event by organizing the participation of two foreign restaurants, Bidi Restaurant and Sutan Restaurant, along with over 30 foreign business representatives.

Feedback from attending foreign delegates highlighted the high quality of exhibitors and invited buyers. Thorough communication about buyer information prior to the event enabled exhibitors to prepare more effectively. Foreign businesses in Yiwu expressed optimism about finalizing transactions promptly based on connections established during the event.

Moving forward, the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office will enhance foreign affairs services, leveraging more foreign affairs and economic trade platforms to assist enterprises in market expansion, transaction facilitation, and navigating the instability of the international economic and trade environment.
